摘要
目的了解大剂量干扰素对尖锐湿疣（ＣＡ）复发的影响。方法比较观察冷冻合并大剂量干扰素肌注与单纯冷冻治疗ＣＡ的效果。结果冷冻合并大剂量干扰素组ＣＡ的复发率为１６７％，单纯冷冻组ＣＡ的复发率为４７％。两组复发率比较差异有显著性（Ｐ＜００１）。结论大剂量干扰素可有效地控制ＣＡ的复发。
Objective To understand the effect of refrigeration and large dosage interferon on the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods Comparative observations on therapeutic effect were made between refrigeration together with large dosage interferon IM and single refrigeration. Results Reccurrence rate was 47% in patients treated by refrigeration together with large dosage interferon, while the other was 16 7%。 The difference beteveen two groups was very obvious. Conclusion Large dosage interferon may control the recurrence of CA effectively.
