《路标集》是1909年出版的俄国七位知识分子学者关于自身的一本论文集，主要从三个方面对19世纪以来的俄国知识分子进行了自我反思与批判：严重脱离生活实际，却又耽于幻想，相当功利主义、民粹主义地为抽象概念而奋斗，实行禁欲主义；英雄主义、极端主义与远离人民乃至反整体反集体；驱逐真和关，又仇视、惧怕财富，也不尊重法律，缺乏法制意识，而看重外在的规则和准则。
The Signpost published in 1909 is a collected essay of seven famous Russian intellectuals. The book presents their self-reflection and criticism since the 19th century from three different approaches. Firstly, Russian intellectuals are severely aloof from the ordinary life, indulging in their own illusions; they are utilitarian and too idealistic. Secondly, they overstate heroism and extremists and thus tend to go to extremes. Lastly, the intellectuals are indifferent to the truth and beauty as well as laws. They are frightened of wealth and even hostile to it. This group still values external regularities and disciplines.
