摘要
"教育商城"是社区学院的一种全新组织形式,其实质是开放式的社区教育机构联合体。基于"教育商城"模式的社区学院具有传统学府所不具备的优势:它不但能充分发挥教育资源集聚带来的规模效益,而且能最大限度的发挥市场机制和民间慈善机制,保障各教育主体提供教育产品的自主性和积极性。社区学院应专注于构建支持服务平台,为社区教育提供必要的基础设施、激励机制和经济支持,实现"教育商城"公益性与竞争性的有机统一。
The so-called ＂education mall＂ is a totally new form of community college, which is basically a combination of open community educational organizations. It can not only enlarge the scale benefits of education resources, but also make full use of the market mechanism and the charity mechanism, so as to enhance the independence and motivation of each education provider. In this way, the community college will be able to specialize in the construction of supporting platform, so as to enhance the competitiveness and public welfare of education.
