摘要
在大学组织权力的历时性语义分析中,权力概念的研究呈现出"问题"出发—"概念"引入—"概念"消解—"理论"重构的路径取向,然而"消解"以后的"重构"往往是建立在语义不清的基础之上。而以不同语言成分作为定义方式、错位式定义以及对权力客体的认识不清是目前研究存在的问题症结。对大学组织中权力的定义,首先应该明确问题是概念解读的先决条件;其次要清晰大学组织权力是"学术场域"中的权力。在建构"主语式"权力体系的时候,对"学术"权力和"党政"权力的区分,要从利益主体相互依赖的身份中予以确认。
Through a historical semantic analysis of 'university organizational power',the present study finds that existing research on this concept exhibits a pattern of 'starting from a problem-introducing a concept-deconstructing the concept-reconstructing the theory';however,the 'reconstruction' following 'deconstruction' is often built upon ambiguous semantic basis.Here the problem lies in the incorrect language used in definition,unparallel definition and vague understanding of the object of power.Therefore,when defining university organizational power,it is,first of all,necessary to be aware that identifying the targeted problem is the prerequisite for interpreting the concept.Second,university organizational power should be clarified as the power in 'the academic field'.Finally,when reconstructing the subject-focused concept of power,it is necessary to differentiate between 'academic power' and 'political party power' by confirming the interdependent identities of those stakeholders.
