摘要
目前,我国基本养老金空账率高、投资结构单一、收益过低;投资管理模式运行不当,出现违规操作。文章通过借鉴挪威养老保险投资运营方式,从拓宽养老金投资渠道、扩大基本养老金的投资范围并引入养老金投资保险制度以及加强养老保险投资监督三个方面提出完善我国养老金投资管理模式。
The management of the current basic pension requires improvement in terms of higher empty account,single investment structure,lower income,and improper running mode and illegal operations.In this paper current status of basic pension investments in China are introduced,and then suggestions are given to improve the management model of the basic pension investment according to the Norwegian mode from three aspects,namely,broadening the channels,expanding the scope,and strengthening the regulation of the pension investment.
