摘要 细胞原代培养是科学研究中获得足够数量的细胞的基本方法。无脊椎动物包括水生无脊椎动物和陆生无脊椎动物,虽然它们均属于变温动物,但在生物学特性上具有显著的差异,故,对于来自不同类群动物的细胞的原代培养应采用不同的方法。本文对无脊椎动物细胞原代培养中的培养条件、培养基成分、培养方法进行了比较,并对常见问题和策略进行了阐述,以期为相关研究提供参考。 Primary cell culture is a fundamental method to obtain enough amounts of cells for scientific researches.Invertebrates including aquatic and terrestrial,and both are ectotherm with significant differences in their biological characteristics.Therefore,different methods should be carried out for different invertebrate primary cell culture.Factors of primary cell culture such as culture conditions,medium composition and culture methods are compared,and problems met in the process of primary cell culture and their solutions are also mentioned in this paper in order to provide a reference for related researches.
