摘要
根据卧螺离心机结构,设计出提供轴承稀油润滑的一体式液压站。介绍该液压站的设计思路及相关结构。采用单泵双路双腔系统,保证了稀油润滑部件的可靠运行。采用该设计,能够减少设备数量,提高厂房空间的利用率,提高效率,降低成本。
An integrated structure of centrifuge base was designed, which contains sparse oil lubrication. The design and structure of the pump unit were introduced. The sparse oil lubrication circulated reliably depending on single oil pump with double lines. The design brings fewer equipments, larger company space, higher-level efficiency and lower cost.
