摘要
随着鄱阳湖区经济快速发展,工业废水和生活污水排放量增长较快,入湖污染负荷也相应增加。为了做好鄱阳湖水资源保护规划,在分析2004~2008年鄱阳湖湖区国家控制点监测资料的基础上,针对目前鄱阳湖存在的主要水污染问题,研究提出了鄱阳湖水资源保护目标与布局;通过分析鄱阳湖入湖污染负荷的来源和纳污能力,确定了污染物控制量和削减量;为有效地控制入湖污染负荷,提出了鄱阳湖水资源保护对策与措施。
With the quick economic development of Poyang Lake region,there is a rapid increase of discharge of industrial waste water and domestic sewage,so is the pollution load into the lake.In order to make plan of water resources protection of Poyang Lake,we propose the arrangement and goals of water resources protection aiming at the major water pollution problems existed in Poyang Lake at present,on the basis of monitoring data analysis of national controlling points from 2004 to 2008.Through analysis on the source of pollution load into the lake and pollution receiving ability,the control and reduction amount are determined;the countermeasures are put forward to effectively control pollution load into the lake.
