摘要
针对新疆农村校外青少年这一群体存在着受教育状况和生活质量不高,缺乏谋生技能和手段,家庭经济条件困难,劳动负担重等主要问题,提出促进正规教育相关政策的落实,加强农村基层科普设施建设和非正规教育的针对性,加大面向农村的大众传媒建设,加强转变观念教育等具体的对策措施。
For Xinjiang countryside out-of-school adolescents.This community＇s education condition and the quality of life is not high,lacking deficiently the skill and the method of living,the family financial condition is difficult,the working conditions is a heavy burden,ect.Such as those main problems,proposed the promotion regular education correlation policy realization,strengthens the countryside basic unit popular science facility construction and the non-regular education pointed,enlarges face the countryside populace media construction,the enhancement transformation idea education and so on the concrete countermeasure measure.
