摘要 江都第3抽水站为国内首座抽水、发电两用的可逆式泵站。总结了江都第3抽水站在南水北调东线工程加固改造过程中对低扬程反转发电运行方式的方案选择及技术探讨。对该站当前采用的变频发电技术的基本原理、主电机、主水泵、励磁装置、微机保护装置、自动化监控系统、高压电气接线及泵站辅机在具备反转发电功能时应具备的功能和特点进行了介绍,对机组改造前后的启动运行方式及泵站改造后的试运行情况进行了总结。改造的成功经验可供同类泵站在设计、设备选型和发电功能技术改造时参考。 Jiangdu No.3 Pumping Station,with the functions of both pumping and power generating,is the first reversible station in China.We summarize the scheme selection and technical discussion of low-lift reversal power generation of Jiangdu No.3 Pumping Station during the process of reinforcement and reconstruction for Eastern Route Project of South-to-North Water Diversion.The basic principles of variable-frequency power generation,main pump motor,main pump,excitation device,microcomputer protection system,auto-monitoring system,wiring of high voltage electrical system and the requisite functions and characteristics of a auxiliary unit when possessing the functions of reversal power generation are presented as well.The comparison of operation modes before and after reconstruction is made and the situation of trial running after reconstruction is also reviewed.The successful experiences can provide references for the design,equipment selection and technical innovation of power generation function of similar pumping stations.
