摘要
针对三峡工程建成后,长江中下游河道安全泄量与长江洪水峰高量大的矛盾仍然存在的问题,通过数学模型计算,考虑三峡水库采用试验蓄水期优化调度方案,对三峡工程建成后长江中下游遇不同频率洪水的超额洪量进行了分析计算。结果表明,随着三峡工程的投入运行,长江中下游防洪能力有了较大的提高,特别是荆江河段防洪形势有了根本性的改善。但若遇大洪水,仍存在大量的超额洪量需妥善安置。且三峡建库后的清水下泄,将使遇大洪水时的中下游超额洪量时空分布发生变化,因此需进一步加强相应的观测和研究。
In view of the existing contradiction of safe discharge in mid-lower Yangtze River and large volume and high flood peak of the river flood after completion of TGP,we analyze and calculate the surplus flood volume when flood occurs in the mid-lower reaches at different frequencies using mathematical model,considering that the operation scheme of trial impoundment period is adopted for TGP.The results show that the flood control capacity of mid-lower Yangtze River is strengthened and the flood control situation of Jingjiang reach is improved fundamentally.However,a great amount of surplus flood still needs to be treated if a large flood occurs.Furthermore,the release of clear water after completion of TGP will change the spatial-temporal distribution of surplus flood in the mid-lower reaches once a large flood happens,so we should strengthen the monitoring and study accordingly.
