摘要
目的分析下颌KennedyⅠ类可摘义齿在各种垂直载荷状态下不同材料连接体的应力分布情况。方法通过螺旋CT扫描及Unigraphics、MSC.MARC软件建立下颌骨及KennedyⅠ类牙列缺损可摘义齿的三维有限元模型,在连接体材料不同情况下施加垂直载荷,计算并绘制出各种情况下的应力分布图像。结果相同载荷下,3种义齿连接体变形比较,全弹性义齿材料者最大,铸造支架与塑料结合者最小,但同铸造支架与弹性义齿结合者差别不大。结论无金属卡环显露的铸造支架与弹性义齿材料结合的义齿设计修复下颌双侧游离端缺失是一种值得推广的临床设计。
Objective To investigate the stress distribution in the mandibular bilateral distal - extention removable partial dentures with different material connectors by loading various vertical force. Methods The three - dimensional finite element models of the mandible and Kennedy class I remova- ble partial dentures were constructed by means of spiral CT scanning technology, UG and MSC. MARC en- gineering design program. It was analysed for the stress distribution by loading vertical force under differ- ent material connectors. Results The connectors of the dentures which were made by full flexible denture material showed the highest degree of deformation by loading the same force among the three types of den- tures. It was little for the difference of the deformation for the next two types dentures. Conclusions It is a preferable clinical design for bilateral distal -extension removable partial dentures combined with cast- ing frame and flexible denture material which has not metal clasps.
