摘要
通过对国内、外弹簧材料的研究与分析,研制出了弹簧新材料50CrMnSiVNb。该弹簧材料具有高强度、高塑性、低成本和优良的工艺性等特点,利用该材料研制的变刚度螺旋弹簧具有高轻量化、高疲劳性能、低弹性衰减和大行程等性能。道路强化试验和全地形可靠性试验表明,该弹簧材料可满足中型越野车变刚度悬架螺旋弹簧的技术要求。
Through study and analysis of spring material both in China and in foreign countries,a new spring material 50CrMnSiVNb is developed,which has advantages of high strength,high plasticity,low cost and superior processing properties,and the variable stiffness coil spring made of such material has advantages of high lightweight,high fatigue durability,low plastic attenuation and high travel.Road test and whole-terrain test indicate that this spring material can satisfy the technical requirement of variable stiffness suspension coil spring for medium-duty off road vehicles.
