摘要
目的:调查中小学生的近视发生和发展现状,分析和比较学生近视发生和发展趋势及其影响因素,方法:调查了2755城乡学生的近视和近视状况,调查项目包括学生的近视检出率和近视程度、学生的学习情况、学生父母屈光状况,并对其他相关资料进行比较分析,结果:学生近视检出率存在明显差异;平均高达53.8%,是15年前同类调查的两倍,学习行为影响近视的发生和进展;父母一方或双方近视对学生近视发生具有敏感性和特异性意义,结论:社会文明进步对视觉的需求是学生近视发生和发展的重要因素。
To compar the current data of student myopia status with those of 15 years ago and to analyse myopiaprevalence, progression and related influence factors. Methods: Myopia status were inveshgated among 2755 students.The investigation includes their living environment, learning behavior,daily reading houre and parents refractive status. All thedata were compared with results of investigation performed 15 yeare ago in the sarne area. Results:The results showed thatthe myopia prevalence among school children is up to 53. 8% on the average. It is doubled compared with that of l5 yearsago. Conclusion:In addition to the inherent factor, the inereasing reading hours demanded by the industrialized society is themost important risk factor for student myopia.
