氯盐侵蚀环境下橡胶集料掺量对钢筋混凝土梁耐久性的影响 被引量:6

Influence of Crumb Rubber Proportion on Durability of Reinforced Concrete Beams Exposed to Chloride Aggressive Environment

摘要 采用施加阳极电流的加速锈蚀方法,对4个橡胶集料掺量(0~150,kg/m3)、0.45和0.55两种水灰比的钢筋混凝土梁进行了试验,分别测试了暴露时间为5 d和10 d下的钢筋失重率和混凝土保护层裂缝宽度,并对锈蚀后梁的受弯性能进行了试验.结果表明,掺入橡胶集料能够明显改善钢筋混凝土梁的抗锈蚀性,且随着掺量的增加抗锈蚀性增强;分析认为与砂料相比,橡胶集料的表面物理化学特性有助于阻碍氯离子在混凝土中的扩散,起到了固体抑制剂的效果;同时,由于锈蚀所导致的梁承载力及延性的损失随着橡胶集料的增加呈明显的降低趋势. Reinforced concrete beams with two levels of water cement ratio were chosen,and a total of 24 beams,which contained four levels of crumb rubber from 0—150 kg/m3,were tested using the impressed current method.The steel mass loss and crack width of concrete cover were measured respectively after 5 and 10 days of exposure.The post-corrosion bending property was experimentally evaluated.Results show that addition of crumb rubber into the concrete mixture can improve the corrosion resistance of the beams,which rises with the increase of the crumb rub-ber proportion.Analysis indicates that,compared to fine aggregate,the surface physical chemistry property of crumb rubber contributes to inhibiting the diffusion of chlorides in concrete and crumb rubber serves as the solid in-hibitor.Bending test results show that the loss of bearing capacity and ductility of CRC was compensated because of the presence of rubber crumbs.
