摘要
目的探讨参麦注射液对大鼠缺血/再灌注心律失常的影响及其作用机制。方法复制大鼠缺血/再灌注模型,采用缺血10min和缺血60min两种模型观察缺血性心律失常,观察发生率最高的缺血10min后再灌注心律失常,对照组和参麦注射液组分别给予生理盐水和参麦注射液1.5ml/kg,动态Ⅱ导心电图监测室性早搏(PVB)、室性心动过速(VT)及心室颤动与扑动(VF)的发生率。结果参麦注射液可明显减少缺血10min和60min心律失常PVB、VT、VF的发生率(P<0.01),亦可明显减少再灌注10min心律失常VT(P<0.05)及VF(P<0.01)的发生率。结论参麦注射液可明显减少大鼠缺血/再灌注心律失常的发生率。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Shenmai injection on arrhythmia in rats with myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury. Methods Reproducing myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury model of rats, observe ischemia arrhythmia after 10, 60 minutes and reperfusion arrhythmia after 10 minutes. 1.5ml/kg 0.9% NaCl and Shenmai injection were given control and Shenmai groups respectively before supervise occurrence ratio of premature ventricular beats（PVB）, ventricular tachycardia（VT）, ventricular fibrillation and flutter（VF） with eleclrocardiogram. Results Shenmai injection could decrease ratio of PVB,VT,VF after 10, 60 minutes ischemia obviously （P0.01） and decrease ratio of VT （P0.05）,VF（P0.01） after 10 minutes reperfusion obviously. Conclusion Shenmai injection can decrease ischemia/reperfusion arrhythmia ratio of rats obviously.
