摘要
文中依据中药治疗特发性血小板减少性紫癜(idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura,ITP)临床研究指导原则的评价方法,提出修订ITP的中医辨证分型、纳入排除标准、病情分级标准、疗效评价标准、分别评价出血和PLT计数的分级标准和疗效标准,以及研究西药撤减效应的新观点。
According to the evaluating methods for treating idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（ITP） based on the Guidance Principle of Clinical Study on Traditional Chinese Medicine,the aim of this paper is to revise the syndrome differentiation of Traditional Chinese Medicine,inclusion and exclusion criteria,the classification criteria and the efficacy evaluation criteria proposed amendments,respectively.We supposed the new options of the classification condition and efficacy evaluation criteria between bleeding and PLT count respectively,and researched the effects of withdrawing or decreasing of western medicines.
