摘要
目的探讨一种快捷、准确地计算不规则野的百分深度剂量的方法。方法分别采用A、B、C、D 4种方法计算不规则射野特定深度的百分深度剂量,由此得到的处方剂量与实测剂量进行比较。结果 A方法平均误差为3.67%,B方法平均误差为0.47%,C方法对规则挡块射野平均误差为0.24%,对不规则挡块射野的平均误差为0.69%,D方法平均误差为0.28%。结论 B方法在不规则照射野的百分深度剂量计算中,误差平均为0.47%,误差范围在±1%以内,精确程度符合要求,便于标准化操作。
Objective To explore a rapid method of calculating an percentage depth dose for irregular beam fields.Methods Worked out the percentage depth dose of irregular fields by means of A、B、C、D.Then compared the prescription doses and those measured.Results The average error of the method A is 3.67%,the average error of the method B is 0.47%.For the method C,the average error of rules block radiation beam fields is 0.24%,the average error of irregular block radiation beam fields is 0.69%.The average error of the method D is 0.28%.Conclusion In calculation of the percentage depth dose of iregular beam fields,the average error of the method B is 0.47%,it is less than ±1%.The method B is convenient for standardized operations and meets the accuracy demand.
