摘要
食用菌产业是朝阳产业,发展食用菌能产生较好的经济效益。岳阳市食用菌行业有一定的基础和优势,但也存在着思想认识不深,市场开拓、技术推广不够以及生产管理不严等问题,并针对性地提出抓技术、抓基地、抓市场等对策,以达到综合利用及发展食用菌的目的。
Edible fungi industry is a sunrise industry.To develop edible fungi can produce better economic benefits.The edible fungi industry in Yueyang city has some foundation and advantages,but there are still some problems in it,such like superficially ideological understanding,imperfect system of market development and technology promotion,and non-strict production management,etc..According to these problems,some suggestions were proposed to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization and development of edible fungi,such as grasping technology,grasping base,and grasping market.
