摘要
调查了φ508mm×16mm的L360MCS直缝埋弧焊(LSAW)钢管发生泄漏事故的情况,对管材进行了材质检验,对泄漏断口进行了金相分析和扫描电镜分析。结果表明硫化物应力腐蚀是该直缝埋弧焊钢管发生泄漏的根本原因。补焊工艺不当使焊缝产生了表面刮痕、马氏体组织和较高的残余应力增大了焊缝的应力腐蚀敏感性。
The leakage accident occurring in a φ508mm×16mm L360MCS LSAW (longitudinal submerged arc welded) pipe was investigated by testing the pipe material composition, analyzing the metallograph and smicro morphology of the fracture. The results showed that the leakage of the pipe was caused by sulfide stress corrosion cracking. The surface scratch martensite and high residual stress due to unproper repairing welding process could increase the susceptibility to sulfide stress corrosion cracking of the weld.
