Experience of extended resection and abdominal defect repairing in treatment of abdominal fibromatosis

摘要 目的:探讨扩大切除并腹壁修补治疗腹壁纤维瘤病的临床效果。方法:对9例腹壁纤维瘤病患者行瘤体扩大切除,范围超过瘤体边界3 cm以上,并对缺损的腹壁用Marlex补片给予无张力修补。结果:9例患者经手术治疗后恢复良好,随访至今,未见复发病例。结论:腹壁纤维瘤病扩大切除是防止其复发的主要方法,对于切除后的腹壁缺损可以用补片行腹壁修补,效果良好。 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of extended resection for abdominal fibromatosis combined with abdominal defect repairing.Methods: All nine cases were carried out with extended resection,the resection scope around the tumor border was more than 3 cm.The abdominal defect was repaired with Marlex patch.Results: All the cases were recovered well after operation.Tumor recurrence was not found during follow up.Conclusion: Extended resection is the major trentment to prevent the recurrence of abdominal fibromatosis.Defect of abdominal wall after the resection of abdominal fibromatosis can be repaired with Marlex patch,which has good results.
