摘要
以物料平衡原理建立豆制品废水降解过程数学模型,经计算机运算获得跨界融合子FOAZ降解该废水的系列参数.运算的结果表明,在设定的约束条件下,当所需反应器体积V达最小值时,回流流量Qr和回流生物量Xr这2个控制变量及其它变量有唯一解.这个唯一解不同于全自控反应器中实际运行的结果.根据实际运行的测定值对已建立的数学模型进行了修正.研究结果为合理设计处理工艺和有效控制运行参数提供了重要的依据.
A mathematical model was developed for the process of soybean production wastewater degradation on the principle of mass balance. There were series parameter values obtained through computer calculation for the inter kingdom fusant to degrade the wastewater. The results show that the decision variables, return flow Qr and return biomass concentration Xr, had their sole solution respectively for the mathematical model with designed constraint while the value of reactor volume V needed was at the lowest level. The solutions were different from those determined from the practical fermentation treatment system. The mathematical model was modified on the basis of the data from the practical treatment system operation. The results of this research suggest the important ideals which would be in favour of the parameter optimization in biological wastewater treatment. The relationship between the parameters will be discussed in this paper.
