静脉注射注射用奈达铂致过敏性休克一例 被引量：5

摘要 1病例资料 患者,男,70岁。既往无药物过敏史。因右肺鳞状细胞癌,给予注射用奈达铂50 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL,静脉滴注,15滴/min,进行化疗。在静滴注射用奈达铂5 min时,患者突然大汗淋漓，口唇紫绀，神志不清，小便失禁。立即停止用药，给予高浓度吸氧（FiO2=40％），同时心电监测，示窦性心律，心率88次／min，血压未测及。
