摘要
在ANSYS有限元分析平台详细计算了工程中常见的轴与套过盈配合引起的接触压力和拔出力,通过参数综合,以CAE技术作为实验工具总结出过盈力与设计参数之间的关系方程,实际验证表明计算结果与真实值之间有较好的一致性。
The contact pressure and pull-out force caused by interference fit were calculated by use of ANSYS finite element software. Through the parameter synthesis, this paper summarized the relationship between design parameters and fit force with CAE technology, the computed result is accordant with the true value.
