摘要
目的观察辨证论治结合西药治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效。方法采用健脾和胃汤(药用党参、白术、黄芪、山药、木香、陈皮、鸡内金、姜半夏、砂仁、黄连、当归、丹参)配合西药治疗本病24例,并设对照组对比。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,临床症状、胃排空率明显改善,总有效率90%以上。结论本方法对本病有健脾和胃的功效。
Objective To observed the effect of zheng differentiation-treatment and western medicine on diabetes stomach paresis.Method 24 patients with diabetes stomach paresis were treated with Jianpiheweitang.Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group surpassed that of the control group whose total effective rate was more than 90%.
