摘要
从2006-2009年河南省发生猪高热综合征的168家规模化猪场456份病料中,分离出粗大的革兰氏阴性杆菌,通过培养特性试验、生化试验和PCR试验,鉴定出了149株猪肠外致病性大肠杆菌。对分离菌进行小鼠毒力试验、血清分型及药敏试验,结果显示,所分离肠外致病性大肠杆菌对小鼠均有毒力,以O11、O161、O8、O138、O9、O101及O26最为流行,对头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、头孢哌酮、阿米卡星、头孢唑啉敏感。
Gram negative big bacilli were isolated from 456 samples of 168 farms in Henan pro-vince which had high fever syndrome from 2006 to 2009.These strains were identified based on culture characteristics,biochemical and PCR assay.The results showed that there were a total of 149 extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli(ExPEC) strains.Mice virulence,serum type and drug susceptibility test results showed that these ExPEC strains were lethal to mice,among which O11,O161,O8,O138,O9,O101,and O26 were the most popular serum types.These strains were sensitive to cefotaxime,ceftazidime,cefoperazone,amikacin,and cefazolin.
