摘要 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血管内皮功能检测的临床意义。方法:选择住院的冠心病患者104例据临床资料分为急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组共53例[ST段抬高的心肌梗死(STEMI)18例、非ST段抬高的心肌梗死(NSTEMI)15例、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)20例]和稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组51例,检测各组血管内皮功能(FMD、ET、NO)和心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnT)水平,并进行比较。结果:ACS组FMD以及血清ET、cTnT显著高于SAP组(P<0.05,P<0.01);NSTEMI组血清ET、cTnT显著高于UAP组(P<0.05),血清NO显著低于UAP组(P<0.05);ACS组及SAP组血清ET、NO与cTnT正相关。结论:ACS的发生与血管内皮功能受损有关。 Objective:To observe the clinical significance of detection of vascular endothelial function in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:104 patients were divided into two groups by clinical data,ACS groups [ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) 18 cases;non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI) 15 cases;unstable angina pectoris(UAP) 20 cases] and stable angina pectoris(SAP) group.The vascular endothelial function(FMD、ET、NO)and cardiac troponin(cTnT) were measured.Results: The FMD,ET and cTnT in ACS group were significantly higher than SAP group;The NO in ACS group were significantly lower than SAP group;The FMD,ET and cTnT in STEMI group were significantly higher than NSTEMI group;The NO in STEMI group was significantly lower than NSTEMI group.Conclusions: The occurrence of ACS and vascular endothelial dysfunction are related.
