摘要
针对湖南湘潭竹埠港地区工业废渣的情况,进行了电解锰渣-页岩-粉煤灰体系烧结制砖的研制。确定了配比、烧结温度和保温时间对烧结砖性能的影响,通过SEM、EDS、抗压强度、毒性浸出、DTA和XRD等检测手段,对烧结前后砖体的结构及各项性能进行了检验。结果显示,电解锰渣、页岩和粉煤灰的配比为4:5:1、烧结温度为1 000℃、保温时间2 h为烧结的最优工艺条件。在此条件下,砖体的抗压强度可达到22.64 MPa,浸出液中锰的浓度由451.08 mg/L降至0.676 3 mg/L,均符合国家标准值。
Sintering of electrolysis manganese slag-shale-coal ash for brick was done in purpose of treating solid waste generated in Zhubugang District,Xiangtan City.Effects of composition,sintering temperature and holding time on the performance of brick were investigated.Structure and characteristics of the brick were detected by SEM,EDS,comprehensive strength tests,TCLP,DTA and XRD.Results showed that the optimal sintering process achieved at 1 000 ℃ sintering for 2 h in the ratio of electrolytic manganese slag,shale and coal ash of 4:5:1.Under the conditions,the compressive strength of the brick reached 22.64 MPa.Manganese concentration in the leachate reduced from 451.08 mg/L to 0.676 3 mg/L,which are in line with the national standard regulations.
