摘要
通过分析油田自动化生产中油井功图和电流图的作用,说明了二者同步的重要性。针对目前无线传感器网络技术在油田生产信息系统应用中所产生的油井功图和电流图无法同步的问题,设计了以无线通信模块JN5139为核心的油井示功仪和电测仪,并组建了基于ZigBee和433协议的无线传感器网络。在此系统的基础上,结合ZigBee协议中的绑定技术,提出了解决油井功图和电流图同步问题的方案,并通过在油田现场测试,取得了良好的效果。
The importance of synchronization between oil well's indicator diagram and electroretinogram is stated based upon the analysis to the function of the two in the oil field automated production.To solve the problem of non-synchronization aroused by the application of wireless sensor network technology in the oil field production information system,the indicator and electronic apical locator is designed based on the wireless chip JN5139,and a new wireless sensor network system is constructed by integrating the advantage of both ZigBee and 433 technology.Based on the system,a solution is put forward which is combined with ZigBee binding technology and it turns out to work well in site testing.
