摘要
1986年始,以奥帕克玉米的软硬胚乳相近基因型为材料,在与种子幼胚相同的世代上以单粒胚乳分析为基础,采用莫惠栋3N 胚乳模型探讨胚乳硬质度、胚乳赖氨酸含量及胚乳蛋白质含量的遗传规律。结果表明:奥帕克-2(opaque-2)主基因的修饰基因属多基因系统·位点间上位性互作效应起重要作用。6~9对因子间互作被鉴别出来。比较了采用2N 模型分析3N 性状所带来的偏差。并对胚乳性状遗传特点与模型配合的有关问题作了简要讨论.
Endosperm model analyses for 3 endosplerm traits of modified opaque-2 maize were realized by crossing paired lines with hard and soft endosperm structure on a homogeneous cytoplasm bascoMo Huidongs' 3N endosperm model was emplo- yed anti expanded for searching proper ones,under which generation mean ana- lysis were conducted for two sets of 25 descendant generations from two coup- les of parents on the 3 endosperm traits:endosperm vitreousity,endospermly- sine and protein content,The results indicated that,the modifiers of opaque-2 gene were a polygene compex within which epistatic interactions among loci played an important role,various genetic effects were linearty additive,6 to 9 genetic ratters were detected,and some points on the study of endosperm traits were discussed.
