摘要
介绍了一种全部采用国产管芯、基片、材料研制的硅Ｓ波段功率模块。该模块具有带宽性能好、增益高、输出功率大、可靠性高、静态电流低、体积小、重量轻、输入输出为５０Ω及采用全芯片组装等特点。
This paper introduces a kind of Sband Si power module.In the course that the power module was reseached and produced,all cores of the transistors,basic chips and materials were produced by our country.The characteristics of this power module are good funtion of broadband,high gain,large output power,high reliability,low static current,small volume,light weight,50 impedance of input and output and that all chips were organized.
