摘要
目前,我国高校行政管理办公自动化建设在思想认识、管理制度、规划建设和人才方面都存在一定的问题。高校行政管理办公自动化建设需要领导重视、统一思想,建立、健全与高校行政管理办公自动化相适应的制度,调整软硬件比例、重视软件二次开发,加强对办公自动化专门人才的培养,加大办公自动化培训的力度。
The problems in the current office automation construction of college administration are analyzed from the aspects of the ideological understanding,management systems,planning and construction and human resources.It is proposed that office automation construction of college administration needs to improve the attention of leaders,unify the thoughts,establish and improve the system applicable to the office automation of college administration,adjust the proportion of hardware and software,focus on the secondary software development,strengthen the training of talents for office automation,increase investment in the training of office automation,improve the quality of administrative staff and implement office automation in college administration step by step according to the plan.
