科技进步,农村生态环境治理的重要动力——以福建省龙岩市新罗区礼邦村为例 被引量:1

Science and Technology Progress as Key Driving Force of Rural Environment Improvement:A Case of Libang Village at Xinluo District of Longyan,Fujian

摘要 针对当前福建省农村严峻的生态环境问题,在福建省龙岩市新罗区礼邦村,以科技进步为突破口,系统研究了生态环境治理的主要技术模式及其成效.最后,基于农村生态环境治理实践,得到5点启示:要依靠科技进步推进综合治理工作的持续长效发展;政府牵头形成合力;从规划入手因地制宜解决养猪污染问题;生态环境综合治理必须要有资金支持;依靠科技进步形成公司+农户的综合利用发展模式. In view of severe environmental problems in rural areas of Fujian province,the main technology patterns and achievements that have been enforced in Libang village at Xinluo District of Longyan city in Fujian province were systematically analyzed.By the practice,five implications about environmental improvement were obtained: relying on scientific and technological progress to boost comprehensive treatments;government at all levels should be a leading power in related treatments;dealing with the pollution of pigs′ excreta through scientific planning;depending on financial support,and forming comprehensive utilization of resources by "corporation plus farmer pattern" by virtue of science and technology progress.
