摘要
运用基尼系数、库兹涅茨指数、收入均等指数、不良指数和阿鲁瓦利亚指数对我国1990—2008年城镇居民收入分配差距状况进行实证分析,结果显示城镇居民收入差距扩大。针对收入差距扩大原因,从深化垄断行业改革、促进要素自由流动、发展教育及提高劳动报酬比例等角度提出政策建议。
The paper analyzes empirically the income distribution gap between Chinese urban residents from 1990 to 2008 based on Gini coefficient,Kuznets index and Ahluwalia index,which reveals an increasingly widening gap.In view of the causes of the widening gap,suggestions are proposed in the perspective of the reform of monopolized industries,the encouragement of the free flow of factors,the development of education and the improvement of labor reward proportion.
