摘要
针对电力迁改线路工程管理现状,分析电力迁改线路资产价值管理中存在的判断标准不科学、移交资产账面价值不可控等问题,从管理模式、引入独立第三方、技术与价值等方面提出迁改线路资产价值管理的应对策略。
Based on the current situation of electric power circuit removing project management, this essay analyzes the problems in the asset value management in it such as unscientific criteria and the uneontrollability of the book value of the transferred assets. Besides, it also gives relevant strategies in the aspects of the management mode, the introduction of an independent third party, the technique and the value.
