摘要
在我国远程教育和继续教育蓬勃发展的今天,如何办好开放大学已成为全国电大工作者面临的新任务。开放大学建设要放到终身教育体系和学习型社会建设的背景下认识,要与国家终身教育和继续教育体系的建设和完善结合起来。在全面认识开放大学的基本上,提出建设天津开放大学的设想,并对开放大学建设的重难点等问题进行思考。
While the distance and continuing education in our country develops rapidly,how to operate an open university well has been a new task for all of the staff of radio and TV universities.The significance of the establishment of Open University should be understood with the acknowledge of lifelong education system and construction of learning society,and Open University should be integrated with the construction and perfection of national lifelong education and continuing education system.The article elaborates the essential knowledge of Open University,proposes some thoughts on the construction of Tianjin Open University,and reflects on some difficulties in the process of the construction of Open University.
