摘要
为分析自卸汽车高强度钢板车箱的结构强度,建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的车箱有限元分析模型,采用多体动力学仿真分析软件SIMPACK仿真计算出油缸的举升力,按朗肯主动土压力理论计算出装载的砂石对各板的作用力,应用Hyperworks有限元分析软件对车箱结构强度进行了静态和模态分析,得到了车箱应力、变形分布和模态参数,为高强度钢板车箱的设计及改进提供了参考依据。
In order to analyze the structural strength of high strength steel sheet cargo body,the FEA modal of the cargo body was established by taking shell as basic element,the lift force of the cylinder was received by using the multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK,the gravel pressure on the cargo body was calculated according to Rankine active earth pressure theory and the finite element analysis software Hyperworks was used to calculate the static strength and modal of the cargo body,received the modal parameters and the distribution of the stress and displacement of the cargo body.The result provided the reference to design and improve the high strength steel sheet cargo body structure.
