摘要
针对工业蒸发过程的大滞后、强耦合、非线性的特点,本文基于物料平衡方程与实际系统工况建立了多效蒸发系统的动态机理模型。仿真结果表明,该蒸发系统的机理模型能够较好的逼近实际系统,具有一定的可行性,并为后续的优化控制研究奠定了基础。
To the industrial evaporation process with large delay,strong coupling,nonlinearity,this paper presents a sugar miller model of multiple evaporators based on material balance equations,which is a dynamic knowledge model of multiple evaporators system.The simulation results show that this dynamic knowledge model can simulate the actual process and also show a feasibility for the optimal control.
