机械与气力输送结合方式在烧结工程中的应用

摘要 摘要烧结厂环境除尘输灰采用机械输送与低速密相气力输送结合的方式,可有效节省一次投资,解决了常规汽车运灰出现二次扬尘等污染问题,但在实际工程运行中也存在一定问题。通过对烧结工程应用中出现问题的分析,解决机械输送与低速密相气力输送方式在烧结工程中的技术难点,提出改进措施,充分发挥气力输灰的优越性,让气力输灰输送技术在烧结工程中更好地推广和应用。这对改善烧结厂环境.创建绿色钢铁厂有很好的示范作用。 The sintering plant dust mechanical transmission with combination of low - speed dense phase pneumatic conveying means, thus, saves an investment effectively, solved the conventional steam vehicle transport dust occur secondary dust air pollution problems, but the actual project there are some problems in operation. Based on the sintering engineering application problems in the analysis: solving mechanical transmission with low dense phase pneumatic conveying means in the sintering engineering technical difficul- ties, make improvements, give full play to pneumatic conveying superiority, so that pneumatic conveying transportation projects in sintering promotion and application of better. This to improves the sintering plant environment, the foundation green iron and steel plant has the very good exemplary role.
