摘要
从我国近20年来沿海地区大面积污闪事故发生的原因统计、污秽性质和气象条件等方面分析总结出我国滨海地区发生污闪的特点,即具有污染源基本统一、区域性和季节性的特征,针对该特征提出了防止污闪事故发生的措施。
Characteristics of pollution flashover occuring in coastal areas,namely similarity of pollution sources,spatial and seasonal variations are analyzed and concluded in accordance with causes analysis,pollution properties and meteorological conditions of extensive flashover accidents in the coastal areas during the past twenty years,and preventive measures are brought forward in connection with these characteristics.
