摘要
目前景观绿化工程的造价在房地产总开发成本中所占的比例不断提高,如何做到既能节约资金,又能得到良好的景观效果,是开发商非常重视的问题。本文就如何在保证景观效果的前提下优化"软景"和"硬景"的造价控制问题进行了一些探讨,提出这些问题,望引起读者的关注和讨论。
The cost of landscape engineering is rising rapidly in the total development cost of real estate.How to save money and get good landscape effect at the same time is very important issue for the real estate developers.Some issues about how to control the cost of so call ＂soft landscape＂ and ＂hard landscape＂ on the premise of ensuring landscape effects are discussed in this paper.We hope these issues can arouse the reader＇s attention and discussion.
