摘要
为解决复合层合枪管散热性差,射频受到限制的问题,将分段缠绕技术应用于复合材料枪管的制造;按照特定的射击规范对分段缠绕复合材料枪管的温度场进行了数值模拟与实验研究,将其与复合层合枪管进行了对比.计算结果表明,复合材料最高温度为313.4℃,低于复合材料的工作温度.分段缠绕技术可以有效地解决复合层合枪管的缺陷,有很好的工程应用前景.
The composite laminated barrel has a bad heat dissipating performance,and its firing rate is limited.To solve the problem,the segment enwound technology was applied to composite barrel.Based on a special firing criterion,numerical simulation and experimental study on temperature field of segment enwound composite gun barrel were carried out,and the results were compared with the composite laminated barrel.The calculated peak value of composite material temperature is 313.4 ℃,which is lower than the work temperature of composite material.The segment enwound technology can effectively solve the limitation of composite laminated barrel,so it has a good prospect for engineering application.
