摘要
为了分析药型罩和装药参数对爆炸成型弹丸成型的影响,采用数值模拟方法计算出18种不同方案下EFP成型后的性能参数,基于灰理论对影响EFP成型性能的参数进行了灰关联分析.结果表明:影响EFP速度的主要因素依次为装药爆速、装药密度、药型罩锥角、装药高度、药型罩材料密度、药型罩壁厚;影响EFP长径比的主要因素依次为装药爆速、装药密度、药型罩材料密度、装药高度、药型罩锥角、药型罩壁厚;研究结果可为EFP战斗部优化设计和毁伤性能的提高提供参考.
In order to analyze the influence of liner and charge on the forming of explosively formed penetrator(EFP),performance parameters of EFP were calculated by numerical simulation of eighteen schemes,and grey relation analysis on performance parameters of EFP were conducted by grey theory.As a result,the primary factors influencing the velocity of EFP rank as follows: the velocity of charge,the density of charge,the angle of liner,the height of charge,the density of liner and the thickness of liner.The primary factors influencing the length-diameter ratio of EFP rank as follows: the velocity of charge,the density of charge,the density of liner,the height of charge,the angle of liner and the thickness of liner.The results offer reference for the optimal design and the improvement of damage performance for EFP warhead.
