摘要
针对胜利油田低渗油藏的地质特征,在地层环境相对清楚,能够保证安全钻井井控的前提下开展了表层套管优化设计研究,用φ273.1mm套管替代φ339.7mm套管、开眼用φ346.1mm钻头替代φ444.5mm钻头,使得套管尺寸缩小了19.61%,井眼尺寸缩小了22.14%。研究分析表明,相同条件下,φ273.1mm套管柱比φ339.7mm套管柱强度更高,抗拉安全系数提高了10.58%~10.81%,抗挤安全系数提高了39.81%~39.67%,抗内压安全系数提高了14.29%。现场应用结果表明,采用φ273.1mm套管作为表套的井身结构优化设计方案可行,既能保证钻井井控安全,又能满足后期采油作业的要求,同时降低了钻井综合成本,达到了低渗油田高效开发的目的,具有重要的应用价值。
Based on the character of low permeability block in Shengli Oilfield,on the condition of obvious layer and safety drilling,optimum design of surface casing is researched,using φ273.1 mm casing as surface casing and φ346.1 mm drilling bit as primary bit,as the result,OD of surface casing decreased 19.61%,OD of drilling bit decreased 22.14%.The analysis indicates that safety factor of tension resistance increases 10.58%~10.81%,safety factor of collapse resistance increases 39.67%~39.81%,safety factor of burst resistance increase 14.29%.The application results show that,optimization design technology of φ273.1 mm surface casing is successful,which can not only assure drilling safety and meet with requirement of oil recovery,but also decrease drilling cost and achieve a gain of high effective development in low permeability oilfield.
