摘要
利用单官能团亚胺单体封端技术,采用高沸点高活性的乙烯基甲苯作活性稀释剂,研制了亚胺改性聚酯无溶剂浸渍树脂,并利用红外光谱、GPC、TG等进行分子结构表征分析。对该浸渍树脂进行性能检测分析,研究了亚胺含量对浸渍树脂耐热性和封端技术对浸渍树脂介质损耗因数等的影响。结果表明,研制的浸渍树脂具有高耐热等级和低介质损耗因数,是一种性能优良的绝缘材料。
Based on mono-functional group imine blocking technology,a solventless impregnated polyesterimide resin was developed with high boiling point and highly active vinyltoluene as reactive diluent.The molecular structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy(IR),GPC,TG,etc.The effects of process parameters on the properties of the impregnated resin were studied.The results show that the impregnated resin has properties of fast-curing at low temperature,low volatile,high heat resistance,moisture resistant,low dielectric loss,which has improved the technological level,operational life and reliability of insulating system.
