摘要
为加强中等职业学校教师队伍建设,提高教师队伍整体素质,"十一五"期间,教育部、财政部实施了中等职业学校教师素质提高计划,专业骨干教师国家级培训是该计划的重要内容和主干项目。河北科技师范学院积极探索培训模式与方法,实施了"能力本位"的教学方法,形成了"三位一体"的培训模式,建立了"标准化"的培训体系。
To strengthen the construction of secondary vocational school teachers,improve the whole quality of teachers,during the ＂eleventh five-year＂,the plan of improving the quality of secondary vocational school teachers has been implemented by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance.The national training of key teachers is the important content and major project of this plan.Hebei Normal University of Science Technology actively explores the training modes and methods and implements the ＂ability-oriented＂ teaching approach,forming a ＂three-in-one＂ type of training mode,establishing a ＂standardized＂ training system.
