摘要
本文基于上海电视大学开放远程教育实践,研究具有开放远程教育特色的奖助学金制度及其实施办法,提出完善奖助学金机制体制、明确奖助学金种类和参评要求、规范奖助学金评审程序、开发奖助学金在线申报系统等建议。
The article based on the practice of open and distance education in Shanghai TV University researches into the scholarship and grant system and its operation,which has the characteristics of open and distance education.At the same time,it proposes some suggestions on how to improve the mechanism of the system,define the categories and qualifications,and specify the evaluation process and on-line application system.
