摘要
以医院文化与和谐医院之间的关系为出发点,阐述了医院文化建设在构建和谐医院中的重要作用,在此基础上,提出了从文化建设入手构建和谐医院的几个主要途径。
Taking the relationship between hospital culture and a harmonious hospital as a starting point,this article described the important role the hospital cultural construction played in the building of a harmonious hospital.On that basis,it put forward several major ways to build a harmonious hospital through hospital cultural construction.
