摘要
楚雄州以建设现代烟草农业作为实现农业现代化的突破口,将发展农民专业合作社作为创新烟叶生产组织形式的重点内容。经过多年的实践,形成了多元化、多层次、多形式的烟叶种植管理合作社、烟叶生产经营合作社、综合性农民专业合作社和专业服务合作社的生产经营管理组织,提高了农业生产经营组织化程度,推动了家庭经营向农户联合与合作转变,促进了农业产业与烟草产业的稳定协调发展。
Construction of modern tobacco agriculture is the breakthrough point for achieving modern agriculture in Chuxiong prefecture,which develops the farmers＇ professional cooperatives as emphasis on innovating the organization of the production of tobacco.As a result of years of practice,the diversified,multi-level and multiform organizations of production and management were formed,which involved with the cooperative of tobacco planting and management,the cooperative of tobacco production and management,the comprehensiveness farmers＇ professional cooperative and the professional service cooperative.These kinds of farmers＇ professional cooperatives improved the organized level of agriculture production and management,accelerated the change of household management to united and cooperated management,and promoted harmonious development between industrial agriculture and tobacco.
