摘要
磨料的堆积密度是磨料颗粒形状、材质密度、粒度组成等性能的综合反映,堆积密度的大小影响到磨具成品的体积密度,进而影响到磨具的磨削性能和磨削效率。本文按照新、老标准规定的检测方法对粗磨粒进行了比对测试,探讨了两种方法检测结果及其重复性的差别。还比对检测了普通磨料微粉的堆积密度,分析了不同检测人员的测量重复性,对改进国家标准规定的检测方法的可操作性提出了建议。
Bulk density of conventional abrasive grains reflects the grain shape, true density, distribution of size and so on. The value of bulk density of the abrasive grains affects the volumetric density of abrasive tools, and then affects their grinding performances as well as their grinding efficiency. In this paper, bulk density test of coarse abrasive grains was conducted using the method specified in GB/T 7 984.2 - 1995 and that specified in GB/T 7 984.2 - 1999 respectively. The difference of the repeatability of the results from the two methods was discussed. In addition, the bulk density test results of abrasive microgrits from two operators was analyzed in respect of repeatability. Some suggestions were given on improving the operability of the test methods specified in the national standards.
